While I was still living on the Isle of Barra I decided to take up painting when my youngest son started school. I began to experiment with watercolours, and eventually moved to Glasgow to do an adult course at the Glasgow School of Art and attend classes at Lynne Scobbie’s studio. I work mostly in oils and watercolour, and specialise in landscapes.
